This is the first full-length book devoted to the work of Ken Lum in more than nine years. In this time, his work has shifted to large, permanent public installations. Ken Lum is one of Canada's leading international artists. He has exhibited throughout Europe, North America and Asia. Notable projects include mazes created for Documenta 11 and the Istanbul Biennal. In 2010, Lum's fourth permanent public installation opened in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Lum's interest in issues of identity, especially language and ethnicity, have earned him a following around the world.
