In August of 2005, the Sharon led Israeli government voluntarily evacuated some 8,000 Jewish settlers from Gaza and northern Samaria, leaving behind 25 communities in ruins. Hebron on Notice tells the story through pictures and firsthand accounts of the delivery of eviction notices to settlers living in the market area of Hebron. The scene turned violent at points, with several arrested. Is this just a prelude to more violence that could erupt if there is another disengagement and destruction of settlements?
