Four miles south-east of Kidderminster lies the village of Chaddesley Corbett, a village where ancient timbered buildings and Georgian townhouses nestle harmoniously together. Here, in the Norman Parish Church of St Cassian's the Willis and Fitch families were united by the marriage in 1892 of Dr Dennis Fitch and Beatrice Willis. In 2011 an archive of family material came to light - photographs and press cuttings dating back to the mid 1800s. They give a fascinating glimpse into the lives of two successful and respected families when Victorian prosperity was at its height.
