The task sheets and associated job performance requirements (JPRs) included in this task booklet are based on the 2020 Edition of NFPA 1021: Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications. Together, these will allow a supervising officer(s) to track and evaluate completion of the assigned task by the candidate. The candidate's progress in gaining the experience necessary to achieve competency in a future officer role(s) can be properly documented with the use of this task booklet.
