As depleted resources, economic turmoil, piracy and political ineptitude take the world to the brink of collapse, the three superpowers launch a secret initiative to find a sustainable solution. As the project nears its completion, its higher ideals are sacrificed due to mounting global pressures, and the knowledge gained is used instead to create the ultimate weapon-100% lethal and accurate, delivered by stealth, and with no known defence against it. All goes according to plan until a programming error on a test in Afghanistan triggers a chain of events that compromises the weapon's secrecy and its ultimate purpose: to covertly wipe out whoever might threaten the superpowers' control of much-needed resources.
