Shailene Woodley was born in Simi Valley, CA on November 15th 1991.
Upon becoming a child model at the age of four, she went on to begin acting by the time she was five.
After guest starring in a variety of different critically acclaimed prime time television shows, she went on to be featured in a handful of different made for TV movies. Her first major role started in 2008, when she was cast as pregnant teen mom Amy Juergens in the ABC Family series The Secret Life of the American Teenager.
