Version 1.5 of LocoScript PC is a word processing toolkit that contains all the text and layout tools you'd expect, along with lots more you might not expect to find in a single package - mailmerging, spelling checker (in more than one language), database, different typeface fonts and styles, and the ability to generate special characters.
