Having made her name in the UK as Mariette in the television adaptation of H.E. Bates' "The Darling Buds of May", young Welsh actress Catherine Zeta-Jones successfully made the transition across the Atlantic and has since gone on to make several blockbusters including "Entrapment", "Traffic" and "Chicago", for which she won Best Supporting Actress at the 2003 BAFTAs. After a few well-publicized "flings", she married fellow Hollywood star Michael Douglas in 2002.
