★★★★ Quick Banana Souffle Cake - Surprisingly delicious! My mom liked it too. I love that it's not very sweet, and it's very silky. I did the cacao version, but I'll definitely try the almond flour variation as well. I might add a little more cacao powder next time though to give a more chocolate flavor, since the banana is really dominant.
★★★★★ Nona's Paprikosh -I took one bite and announced that I was going to make it again. Even my mom's eyes widened when she tasted this. There's barely any ingredients, yet it's so flavorful!
★★★★★ Cauli-Gnocchis - I didn't make the gnocchi recipe, I just used the dough for making the dumplings for in the Paprikosh. Amazing. Tapioca flour is a pain to work with, but I'll do it again for this dough.

★★★★ Blueberry Sage Breakfast Sausage - This is not something that I'd ever think of putting together, but it works! These sausages are super tasty.
★★★ CC's Perfect Hashbrowns - These are hard work! And they're kind of plain. I mean, they taste good, especially with the above sausages. But I don't think they're worth it to make again.
★★ Panang Curry Beef - Sadly bland. After the first portion, I added Sriracha to the rest of the servings which helped a little. But I wouldn't make this again as it is.

I love how this book makes Paleo approachable for everyone! Plus there's a ton of recipes that I'm going to need to try out ASAP!
Little Debbie's Pumpkin Delights are one of my all-time favorite Halloween treats, so you all know I'm going to be making those Jack-O-Lantern cookies as soon as I gather all of the ingredients and a pumpkin cookie cutter! I don't care if it's Summer!
