The Anne of Green Gables series is a classic which has been loved by countless generations... for good reason.

LM Montgomery has drawn on real life events around her to create this beautiful story of found family, courage to be yourself, love may be as close as your own backyard, independant women, and so much more.

Each book can technically be read as a standalone, but it is best that these be read as a series, or at the very least, having read the first novel before tackling any others.

This has been one of my all-time favourite series for over 25 years.
