Seeking Asylum Alone: A comparative study is a two-year comparative study documenting the circumstances and treatment of unaccompanied and separated children who cross borders in search of protection. The study was conducted in three countries - the United States, the United Kingdon, and Australia - where the distinctive problems facing child asylum seekers are significant and unresolved. Jacqueline Bhabha, a lecturer at Harvard Law School and Mary Crock, an associate professor at the University of Sydney Faculty of Law, oversaw the research which was conducted by an international team. Individual country reports describe the research and findings in the US, the UK and Australia respectively.
