Halloween at a supernatural prep school is the best. How could it not be? All the best costumes and over-the-top decorations, and the entire town joining in the fun...not to mention an old-school twist on the celebration to honor the Harvest Moon and the first year Rusty and his friends are allowed to go out with no parents; it's just enough to make this the best Halloween ever.
