This collection of exercises and problems corrected, of progressive difficulty, is mainly intended for students of bachelor, master and doctoral students of universities as well as engineering students. Applications include temperature measurements using intrinsic thermocouples and metallic resistors and subjected to various external stresses.
The main objective of this book is to provide students with tools for solving metrological problems that all scientists and engineers will be confronted with in the course of their work. The book is built on the basis of four chapters Each chapter presents exercises and problems of progressive difficulty which propose analytical solutions, compared to experimental measurements. Each case studied thus presents itself in the form of a concise statement, a synthetic reminder and a detailed solution. The book contains about forty exercises and problems solved.
