This book, that I borrowed from the library, looked like it might be pretty good, but it didn't live up to that expectation. It's well-drawn and the premise is fine, but the story just seemed to develop badly and ended far too quickly.

I went into this book having an idea of what it would be about, and sad to say, it was really boring. The only reason i gave it 3 stars instead of 2 is because I loved the reason why the kids are getting smart Chickens from space?! who woulda thunk it? that was super creative even though having a chicken growing inside of you is a horrifying concept and I liked that it was short and sweet. If it were any longer, it would have felt like it dragged on for to long and it would have been tiring to read and been a boring read.
