May these 52 lessons - one for each week of the year! - bring you closer to God and grant you a deeper understanding of, and identification with, the exemplary life of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Rose Foster grew up in a Pentecostal family, and came to a belief in Jesus Christ as her personal savior at the age of five. When asked what qualifies her to author a religious book, she replied:I'm just another believer who asked God to help me learn to live the way Jesus did. And God answered my prayer by giving me thoughts regarding how Christ accomplished all the things He accomplished. I'm not perfect, and, like all believers, I have to work hard every day to try to emulate Jesus Christ. Making that daily effort - that "dying daily" - is the most important commitment, the most challenging work, and by far the most joyous adventure in my life! Ms. Foster is the author of three plays, and holds a BA in Creative Writing from Kansas University.
