When love gets hard and you start questioning whether you made the right decision. When decisions are being made, feelings are being dismissed and you are unable to communicate without arguing. Talking to your partner becomes so frustrating you just coexist hoping things somehow get better.
It is all about investing in your marriage! The lessons we have learned, the challenges we have faced could have easily been avoided if only someone took the time to teach us the importance of communicating in marriage. Thank God we saved our marriage despite the odds.
Not only were we not prepared for all of the things we did NOT have in common; but when the challenges arose - who knew we wouldn't be able to communicate about them either! One thing for certain was that neither of us had a clue how communication problems would creep up and we surely were not prepared.
