This text offers a personal approach to discovering the past. It aims to unlock inner stores of wisdom and knowledge. The intent is to develop and produce an ongoing "past life diary", through which to build a picture of experiences. The reader may piece together the jigsaw of the past to use in the future. The past represents a source of wisdom that may be used to resolve dilemmas in the reader's present life, and from which he or she may be able to discover facets of themselves. The book does not require that the reader believe in re-incarnation or past lives. Only that they feel a certain affinity with places and times, and that they recognize some validity in deja vu, premonition or intuition. Given this open mind, the author explores different methods of linking back to past experiences. These are individual and not to do with past life practitioners, regressionists or hypnotherapy. The methods are promoted as safe and can be attempted without training, even by total beginners.
