It's a couple of years since I read the first 'Little Old Lady' book and I really enjoyed that one, so I was hoping for more of the same from this one and I wasn't disappointed. It's a really funny story with great characters and very outlandish, but plausible, plot lines. Martha and her group of pensioner friends once more try to come up with ways to commit large crimes, with the idea of donating most of the proceeds to help those in society who they feel need the most help or support. This time they come up against some scary bikers, as well as a crooked police officer, as they work out who or what to target next. If you have read and enjoyed any of the Jonas Jonasson books, then the Little Old Lady books are for you. There's something about the Swedish sense of humour that appeals to me.
