The Rait are one of the few Thrall's still following the old traditional tribal ways. Moving their camp seasonally, they live in the honoured respect of their ancestors. Like all other Thralls, adulthood is achieved by learning and embracing pure natural abilities that will serve the Thrall to survive. To all that earn and take their place in the Thrall, a token is given in the shape of a metallic ring, thought to be as ancient as the ruins that still cover the islands. The climate of the world is again changing, forcing tribes to search for food in territories that are not their spiritual homes. As the Rait fight to retain their boundaries, they also fight to hide another secret kept hidden from all, for the youngest daughter of the chieftain is said to have the rare gift of sight, an ability to see what was and more importantly, what will come to be.
