"Co-operacy" is a process of collective decision-making as distinct from democracy or autocracy. This book explains what is involved in achieving teams and organizations based on consensus. It emphasizes the idea that organizational change begins when each person decides they want to be "whole" and want to create a work environment which supports this. The book is in three parts.
