The material covers the entire problem solving process, from establishing whether there really is one in the first place through to monitoring the results of implementing the chosen solution. Among the other aspects addressed are: how to create an organizational environment which will encourage proative problem solving; ethical issues in problem solving; and how to overcome obstacles to successful problem solving.
