Three laborers secretly investigate some ruins that they discover on Mars. They bring back a plague that wipes out a Martian colony. Earth Based Affairs (EBA), Special Investigator, Colonel Danial Stark is called upon to investigate. During the course of his investigation, He finds out about the three laborers who stayed at the colony and may have ultimately been responsible for its destruction. Then he finds where the plague originally came from and how and why it ended up on Mars.
