It features a pre-number book for rising fives and a transition book dealing with aspects of attainment targets at level 3 (Book 9). The books contain investigations, early calculator experiences, greater coverage of 3D shapes, data handling and estimation, and a partnership programme incorporating activities to be carried out at home with the family.
