When the Cservanka Circus comes to Virginia as part of its world tour, Andy Moore ends up getting a summer job in the virtual games section, managed by Radu. Radu seems to be running a successful black market operation and it soon becomes clear that he has an ulterior motive in using Andy's computer skills.
