Quick thoughts: this is a rare case where reading out of order was probably bad -- they discussed so many happenings and plots that had likely been discovered in the first book and although I got the gist, I felt pretty lost for most of it -- and, for being a romance, that part of the book was oddly devoid of tension. They met, they flirted, he decided he needed to marry her, they have sex, she has to think things through, and then they were engaged. Far too neat for a book.
