All is not well deep in Emoham City. A new menace has reared it's ugly head in the criminal underground and he goes by the name of the Master Of Disguise. This anti villain and his ever present accomplice only known as the Butler are about to unleash a rain of criminal deviousness never seen before in Emoham City. The police are baffled by the unrelenting genius behind this new super villain and Commissioner Gordonson and Chief O'Klahoma after reaching the limits of their police forces capabilities decide there is only one course of action left. There are only two men brave, strong, daring, cheap enough for this. Emoham City needs their heroes Parodyman and Chaffinch.
