Genkaku knows that Mizuki is a girl now, but she's still pretending to be a male host so that she won't have to leave the Sir Genkaku Host Club. Mizuki's least favorite day of the year arrives: Christmas. The hosts decide to throw Mizuki a surprise party and ignore her. Feeling rejected Mizuki leaves the club only to be found by Ryoko who brings her to the Precious Gem Host Club to attend a party there with Akito and Jun. Ryoko decides she wishes to collect Mizuki but is saved by Genkaku, who drags her back to the host club where they share a romantic kiss under the mistletoe, which leaves Mizuki wondering at the meaning of the kiss. However, before Mizuki can find out a jealous Yume tries to take Mizuki's life by using a summoned kappa demon to drown Mizuki in a swimming pool. Genkaku is forced to perform CPR on Mizuki and it is revealed to all that Mizuki is a girl! Will Mizuki have to leave the Sir Genkaku Host Club or will she become the club's Yuri (girl's love) hostess?
