Since his twelfth birthday, when he first viewed the magnificent celestial body through a small telescope, Serpentine Seilente had a tremendous fascination with the mysterious Red Planet.

Now, many years later, while working as a data and imaging specialist for the Government's Space Agency,
an older and wiser Serpentine has uncovered a Government conspiracy of enormous proportions.

Serpentine is convinced that the Space Agency has been systematically altering raw images coming from this foreign world so that the final prints, being released to the public, depict a disingenuous view of the world's
closest planetary neighbor.

In an absolute race against the Government, Serpentine attempts to disclose classified information,
about the Red Planet, to the civilian population. In doing so, he and the reader learn why the Government
and its Space Agency have gone to such great lengths to prevent this from happening.
