He was the founding senior pastor of Cambridge Community Fellowship Church in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He also serves on the boards of Sojourners and the Catalyst Leadership Center. He is a frequent conference speaker and contributed to Growing Healthy Asian American Churches (InterVarsity Press).
