Part Two focuses on how to deal with imminent death, explains bioethics, mercy killing, "self-deliverance" and the use of life support systems, and discusses hospice programmes. Part Three is for survivors, and includes information on making funeral arrangements, dealing with finances and handling grief and bereavement.
