Review:

So, Cosmoknights Vol. 1 came out in 2019, and I am absolutely KICKING myself for not reading it sooner! This series is amazing! No, seriously, I'm in love. If you are a fan of The Locked Tomb (Gideon the Ninth, Harrow the Ninth, etc.), you've got to read this series! Okay, really, you need to read this series if you love science fiction, sapphic tales, space battles - because Cosmoknights has all that – and more.

To say that Cosmoknights Vol. 1 was a delight would be an understatement. I was immediately captivated by Pan's story and the princesses' story. It's one of those battles you can easily throw yourself behind, you know?
Then there are the secondary characters, Tara, Bull, etc/ They're so much fun! They help balance out this series, and frankly, I'm looking forward to learning more about them (gotta get my hands on volume 2).

Did I mention that there's a mecha-esque battle royale? Yeah, that's another reason why I enjoyed this series. The whole setup is quite layered (the prize, the history, etc.), but that just adds to the stakes. And obviously, major bonus points for the whole 'fight the patriarchy' plot.
