The sheer design and intention of the work has been to compose a comprehensive work, which should serve as a comprehensive mural of knowledge regarding the ancient world and their tendencies. This work addresses the variant tendencies of each period and its respective authors/ orators of thought. The intent was to encompass and provide equal justice to every major participant in what has become our mode of thinking. For there is not a person, at least of the "baby-boomer era, which has not been indoctrinated into the Seven Liberal Arts as devised by the Ancient Greeks. The narrative and historical relief in which this great effort is cradled will neither be biased nor impartial, but shall present them and judge them fairly. This works has been able, where other subsequent presenters have been inept, to present the material not only precisely and concisely, but in a connective measure, ensuring a "bigger picture" regarding its impact.
