The book is fantasy based. It contains action, dramatic,romantic and comic elements as well. It plays in a medieval-like surrounding. The structure of the book is mostly based on conversations and the development of the characters' personality, but there are plenty of dynamic and detailed scenes. The main plot starts with a conflict between three gods. Phyros, the god of balance became insane and he wants to destroy his brothers - Fektar, the god of creation and Agitaro, the god of chaos and destruction - to become the only god, but to do so he needs the powerful artifact in the title because he doesn't have enough strength on his own. The crystal itself is protected from the gods, he can only obtain it by his mortal followers if they can defeat the guardians of the crystal.
