Robyn Harrington was a lifelong educator and literacy coach with a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Fairfield University. Her fascination with Monarch butterflies began in her 1st grade classroom at Holland Hill Elementary School in Fairfield, Connecticut, where she hatched many Monarchs over the years. Inspired by their incredible migration journey, Robyn dreamed of publishing a children's book to share this wonder with young readers. Though she passed away in September 2016, her legacy lives on through "Esmeralda's Magical Journey," completed by her daughters to fulfill her final wish.
