Richard L. Willard, was born in Lubbock, TX. Although Richard chose a career in Law Enforcement, he has a passion for writing fiction novels about relationships, marriage, sex and drama. He has written two novels, I Broke my Heart and Reason. In his spare time he enjoys sports and listening to music.
