Faith Teope is a finance professional closing fast on three decades of specializing in the 401k industry. Currently, she is serving as a multi-media journalist covering vibrant global topics like financial literacy for children and entrepreneurship. A new children's financial literature author, Faith continues her work to help families cultivate independent and money-savvy kids. Faith is an investor, an American Retirement Association Thrive Mentor cultivating the future leaders of the retirement industry, podcast host, with a new investigative TV show exploring financial literacy. While her background is in Information Technology Systems, her experience includes the launch and exit of a fin-tech company, the development of a SAAS product for the retirement industry, brand-strategy consultancy for multiple corporations, and supporting retirement industry marketing directors with creating communication strategy and relatable messaging. Using her then 12 years of operational experience as a TPA+Recordkeeper, Faith reimagined the operations of a 40-year-old TPA/RK firm to better benefit from the skills of their specialists; and spent 8 years aggregating tech to compress processes. 20 years were spent managing individuals and teams. Faith has sat on the regional board of a global women's network and also served as a mentor. By invitation, she has spoken internationally.

As an avid journalist, Faith continues her work in collaborating and authoring on topics of the retirement industry, financial abuse, and raising money-savvy kids. Her voice has been requested for narration and voice-over for both factual and entertaining audios across the fintech, 401k, and world of advocacy. To rejuvenate and refuel, Faith trains and competes in bodybuilding as a Figure athlete.

As a single mom, Faith Teope understands the complication of juggling career and life priorities. The ever-present mission to help her children (and hopefully others) be equipped for success is Faith Teope's relentless pursuit. Find Faith and her four kids in a pillow fort with a stack of books and a pile of blankets, hiking a trail, or doing art of every medium (or looking at pictures of puppies).
