MARCIA ROBIN-STOUTE is a dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience, specializing in engineering instruction. She's passionate about teaching and has guideduniversity students from diverse backgrounds in courses like Transportation Engineering, Civil Materials Lab, Geotechnical Engineering Lab, and Alternative Energy. Marcia also excels as a mentor, assisting university students in selecting majors, internships placements and leading student organizations.In addition to the classroom, Marcia manages summer Pre-College engineering programs for underrepresented minority students in STEM fields, earning recognition from funding partners, students, and parents.Beyond her academic pursuits, Marcia is a devoted wife and mother of three. She believes in giving back to those who've supported her journey and is determined to be a voice for underrepresented individuals in STEM. Her ultimate goal? To see more diversity in the STEM fields, especially among women and people of color.
