Sarah Ragsdale is a published writer and poet with a master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Linguistics from Teachers College, Columbia University. She was a Staff Developer at Bank Street College for their outreach program and taught Advanced English as a Second Language to foreign Chiefs of Staff at the United Nations. She currently lives with her husband in South County, Rhode Island, where she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and is active in children's book and poet writing communities.
