David O. Chung is a US Air Force veteran who served in Vietnam during the Easter Offensive of 1972. He then spent 25 years with Federal Express, served on the board of the Vietnam Women's Memorial Foundation, and appointed to the Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary's Office for Minority Veterans.
