Bernard and Michael Henry-Cefalu are the owners of Fat Hen Farms and dads to many birds, one of which is a quail named Finn. Many of the 100+ birds on their sanctuary are rescues from neglected owners. As a flower farmer with an undergraduate in biology and concentration in poultry, and over 10 years in raising many species of birds like Finn, Bernard Henry-Cefalu wears my hats. Bernard's social media has grown to over 1 million followers featuring many of Finn's hats and other outfits!
