Marianne Guimond White, is a resident of Nova Scotia, a mother of two grown children. Her passion for writing quirky little phrases, and short stories, began when she was a young teenager. Responding to a contest in a local newspaper requesting submisions for the first two lines of a song. She was ecstatic when the results arrived by mail informing her that her short stance was their third choice.Another interesting published short story titled; "Three Rings," a tale about a new bride who accidentlly brought the Toronto Transit Subway System to a halt during an early morning commute.Her funny tale called "Brothers and Sisters" appeared in an Anthology. A comical story how a family of ten children, eight females and two boys. Residing in a home with only one bathroom. How the brothers' silly antics caused them to steal quality time from their siblings. A widow who lovingly celebrated over fifty years of marriage. Her creative poetry and short stories were many as she traveled with her husband in their motor home to beautiful destinations within Canada.
