Sital Gorasia Chapman is passionate about bringing math to life for kids. She worked in finance before becoming a children’s author. Her picture book submission was commended at the Faber and Andlyn BAME (FAB) Prize in 2019. Sital was commissioned to write a poem for the CBeebies children’s television series, Colors.

She works with schools to raise achievement in mathematics, focusing on strategies to build conceptual understanding and learning. Writing for numerous educational publishers over the past ten years, she has become an established author of mathematics books and online material.
