Kristina Tanso is the creator and author of Milo and His Magic Skateboard (March 2024) an early-readers' picture book based on her real-life adventures around the world with her skateboarding French Bulldog rescue, Milo. She is also the author of the acclaimed psychological thriller, "Bad Things" (July 2022); and serves as a producer on "Searching for Chinook," a documentary about the survival of the last remaining Southern Resident Orcas, starring Maisie Williams (Game of Thrones).An advocate for health and mental well-being, Kristina's articles on the topic can be founds on Medium.Outside of writing, Kristina works with international organizations and academic institutions in the space of conservation, environment and raising awareness in medical sciences.Kristina holds a BA in English Literature from University of Miami, Florida and a MSc in Environment and Development from London School of Economics and Political Science.
