Granneman is an educator, journalist, and the author of The Secret Lives of Introverts and Sólo is a researcher and speaker. They are regular contributors to Psychology Today and Forbes, and have been featured in HuffPost, BuzzFeed, the BBC, MSNBC, the Telegraph, Vogue, Oprah Daily, Vice, Glamour, and more. They live in Saint Paul, Minnesota, though Sólo is just as often in New Orleans.
