Demet Avcıoglu Yalcin (Or pen named Demi Yalcin), was born in İstanbul. She is married and has one child. After graduating from Eskisehir Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, she studied Interior Architecture in Australia. She has been trying to grow, understand and discover many different kinds of plants for many years.She also has a YouTube channel, where she explains plants from different aspects and tries to make them realize that they are breathing, suffering, intelligent creatures and that they have rights on this planet. She is currently Training on Soil and Gardening Healing People with Physical and Spiritual Disabilities.
