Eli Matityahu, born in 1950, lives and works in Jerusalem.Matityahu developed an original personal language for photography and editing that presents the viewer with an aesthetic work in shades of black and white. He engages in a creative dialogue with the world of contemporary architecture close to his heart, which fascinates and inspires him. His works present edited photographs of contemporary architectural elements, which are a tribute to the genius of the great architects worldwide. Matityahu's photographs are islands of serenity and silence in a noisy and chaotic world. Matityahu's works have been exhibited worldwide, including at the Louvre Museum in Paris, published in international journals, some have participated in and won international competitions.
