Ann Werner is Associate Professor of Gender Studies in the School of Culture and Learning at Soedertoern University, Sweden. She has also held various positions in music, media and gender studies at Stockholm University, Auckland University and Linnaeus University. Her research interests include dancing videos on YouTube, streaming, and gendered uses of music, and draws on gender, music and media theory.
