Nicole has always loved books. Reading to her kids every night reignited her passion for children's and YA fiction and she enrolled on a fiction writers' course at City Lit where she was lucky enough to be inspired by author Sophie McKenzie who wrote 'Girl Missing.' She became massive fan of vampire fiction and read the Twilight books, Vampire Diaries and True Blood through the night, virtually becoming a vampire herself.
Apart from reading and writing, she is passionate about Pilates, (so much so, she became a part time Pilates teacher) running in all seasons and long walks by the sea. She lives in London, with her husband who she fell madly in love with when she was 18 (the same age as Dillon and Cora), her almost grown-up sons, her teenage daughter and two stunning Siberian cats (whose, sometimes evil, green eyes were an inspiration for Irina's.)
