Candice Marley Conner lives at the bottom of Alabama where the antebellum lady dips her toes into the Gulf of Mexico. She has a degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from the University of South Alabama. She loves all fairy tales and has to take turns with her six and four-year-old on who gets to be the villain. Evil cackles have been mastered by all. A member of SCBWI, her work can be found in Babybug Magazine, Chicken Soup for the Soul, and upcoming in Highlights Hello. Sassafras and Her Teeny, Tiny, Tail is her first picture book.
