Dill Ferreira is a novelist and children's books author from Goiaacute;s, Brazil, where she now lives with her son. Her literary debut was "Casamento por Aparncias", the first book in the "Aparncias" series, which earned her the Interarte Gois prize as one of the best novels of the year 2012. In 2014 she became NEO Acadmica at the Academia Feminina de Letras e Artes de Gois. In 2016 she proudly received the trophy named after Cora Coralina - one of the greatest Brazilian writers of the twentieth century, as well as her fellow citizen - as one of the leading authors of Gois' literary scene.
Dill also loves animals. "Niquito", her children's series, was inspired by a lovely pet dog that has been with her for many years.
